One lucky player won a staggering $3,390,332.58 progressive jackpot on the Microgaming-developed Mega Moolah slot this week. The sum, equivalent to €2.72m or £2.14m, is the largest win on this jackpot slot for over five months.
The female winner, who has been identified simply by the initials I.R.,won the progressive jackpot whilst playing the animal-themed slot at the Golden Tiger Casino earlier this week.
It was revealed that I.R. had been playing the millionaire-maker slot on her smart phone and was only placing small bets on the slot. However, she soon triggered the multi-million dollar progressive jackpot to become the third millionaire winner at Golden Tiger Casino this year alone.
I.R. said “I had a feeling I was going to win big and I was telling my friends that one day I would win a house – this is even bigger than a house!”
The huge jackpot win is just a bit smaller than a recent huge win on Mega Moolah by a player back in May, who walked away with more than €3million.
Mega Moolah is a 5 reel, 25 payline slot where the reels are packed with different animals representing the symbols. Giraffes, lions, elephants and antelopes are just some of the creatures that appear on the reels.
