Swedish software company NetEnt have announced that their hugely anticipated Guns n’ Roses-themed slot game will arrive on January 21, 2016.
Details of NetEnt’s mega-release have been fairly secretive, but some reports suggest players will be able to choose their own Guns n’ Roses playlist while they play. So you will be able to choose tracks such as ’Welcome To The Jungle’, ‘Paradise City’, ‘November Rain’ and ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ as well as the title track of the band’s last album, 2008’s “Chinese Democracy”.
The slot game is expected to focus on the early days of the band’s history, with graphics and imagery from the 80’s and early 90’s. It is unlikely that the band will play any part in promoting the new slot, as several members of the band are not believed to be on speaking terms yet.
Slots featuring global rock bands have had some success in the past. The WMS colossal reel slot game KISS has proven to be a hit with players and the Leander Games slot Megadeth has been one of their most popular titles.
Expect plenty of promotions around the release of Guns n’ Roses slot, which will coincide with International Casino Expo taking place in London.
