Evoplay, the renowned game development studio, has introduced seven variations of the Bonus Game in its recent Asian-themed slot game, Cat’s Blessing.
Japanese symbology
In this game, players encounter a 5×3 grid adorned with various Japanese symbols such as fans, lanterns, and money trees, along with wild symbols that aid in forming winning combinations. Additionally, purple, red, and green coins may appear on the grid, with each colour being collected by a corresponding cat perched atop the board.
Hold and Win bonus
The Hold and Win bonus game can be triggered randomly by one or more coloured coins, with each coin activating a distinct modifier based on its colour. Within this bonus feature, players have the opportunity to secure immediate cash rewards and access up to four jackpot levels, offering payouts of up to 6,000x the total bet amount.
When the purple coin initiates the bonus game, it boosts the value of up to four symbols in the Hold and Win game by a maximum of 10 times. The red coin introduces an extra bonus area to the bonus game, which functions concurrently but separately from the primary Hold and Win game. On the other hand, the green coin prolongs the round by providing four spins instead of the standard three.
Multiple coins can activate the bonus game simultaneously, activating the corresponding Hold and Win modifier and leading to potentially larger winnings.
Cat’s Blessing is the latest release from Evoplay to incorporate the popular Bonus Buy feature, enabling players in specific regions to purchase entry to the Hold and Win game with one, two, or three of the boosters enabled.
