This means the reel(s) to the left of the full stack will get a rearguard of the same symbol only on rows 2 and 3 and then along with the stack they will hold and the reels re-spin. If any of the same symbol lands to the right the reels will all march that way and re-spin again, with the rearguard being extended to reel 1 again. This goes on until no more are added or as the full stack reaches the right. If a higher value stack appears in full during this all the Marching symbols will change to that.
3 Poltava Lion icons landing on the centre 3 reels will turn Wild and become sticky. You now get the 3 Flames of War free games and all further Poltava's will become sticky Wilds too. Each subsequent one landing will also add 1 extra free spin, and these simply continue until spins expire and/or no further Wilds are added. You could potentially turn all centre reels Wild by the end and earn a very good war bounty!
Poltava slot impresses with slick graphics and sounds right from when the game loads until you spin for the first time. It also has a good 96.40% RTP but I'm afraid this is where the battle lines are drawn - on the other side we have weak line pays, repetitive unsuccessful slow spins when Poltava lands on reels 2 and 3 and the Marching Reels results are usually pitiful.
