You will see some symbols of the same kind flash by as you spin with a blue flame trailing them and if these land in view they become Dragonfire Symbols and these will expand to all adjacent potions available to form a cross of 5 symbols. They can only expand fully if on rows 2 and 3 of the centre 4 reels, otherwise they expand to fill all available positions on the grid up to the edge. This means that if you see the Dragonfire symbols on row 2/3 of reels 2 and 4 for example, you are guaranteed at least 9 ways of a 5-of-a-kind win. The symbol is randomly selected each spin and cannot be the Dragon, Wild or Scatter.

Dragon Champions slot certainly meets the mark for making the 4096-way game more interesting and this is a great release from Playtech! The Dragonfire symbols mean that even the lower symbols over 3 or 4 reels only can become big wins and I have seen over 200x bet in the base game just for combinations of Aces or Kings over 6 reels with one or two Dragonfires in them. There is colossal potential, the RTP is 95.11% and we see some nice animations from the Dragonfire hits and in the free spins. The bonus game tends to award very frequent retriggers and extra spins and more often than not you have some decent returns from it. I personally like the high-volatility multiway slots and this game instantly had me hooked and is one of the best I have seen - Playtech may well have the Champion of slots here...
