Safari Spins - that's better, a free games bonus! There is a special Golden Animal Wild added to each grid on the centre reels. Collect 3 of any to transform them to multiplying Wilds. The Epic Journey slot is a great visual spectacle with good animations and effects, especially the Volcano Wilds with their spectacular eruptions! The RTP is a very good 96.54% too but unfortunately the game suffers from the curse of the non-guaranteed free spins round where you play for ages to get three scatters only to to be fobbed-off with some tawdry coin win or bet multiple, as with Microgaming's dire Tarzan slot. The pays are so low that even in the free games with a combination of multiplying Wilds and extra Volcano Wilds occurring simultaneously you'll be lucky to end up with 50x bet for the round. I don't know where this journey is supposed to end, but I do know there's no pot of gold awaiting you there...
