Microgaming announces plans to release Jurassic Park slot
Online casino slot developer Microgaming officially confirmed plans to release a new online slot based on the hit movie franchise Jurassic Park.
The announcement from Microgaming came after the developer had signed a licensing deal with Universal Studios and is a move that is sure to excite fans of the Hollywood blockbuster movie.
Jurassic Park originally hit cinemas back in 1993 and was based on the novel by author Michael Crichton. The movie was so successful that it spawned two sequel movies with a fourth instalment planned for release in the summer of 2015.
Few details have been released by Microgaming regarding the highly anticipated slot release but it has been confirmed that the slot will be a 5 reel, 243 ways to win slot that will include some of the dinosaurs and characters from the movie. Players will also be able to trigger one of five free spins bonus rounds. The slot is provisionally scheduled for a summer 2014 release.
