Comtrade Gaming agree deal to integrate Microgaming’s Quickfire slots

Online gaming software supplier Comtrade Gaming announced that it had agreed a deal this week that would allow it to integrate slot developer Microgaming’s Quickfire titles into its iCore enterprise gaming platform.

The deal will allow licensed Comtrade Gaming operators to offer Microgaming’s full range of Quickfire slots titles to its players under the re-seller agreement giving Microgaming the chance to offer its slots to a wider audience.

As part of the agreement, over 400 titles including slots, casino, bingo, poker and live dealer titles will be made available to Comtrade Gaming operators in one of the biggest distribution deals of the year.

Comtrade Gaming’s Director of Interactive Steven Valentine said “We believe this addition will be a great opportunity for both our existing and future clients to increase player numbers. Microgaming’s world-renowned content is a great fit with our state of the art platform technology and supports our strategy in working with leading operators.”

Microgaming’s Head of Product Channels Neill Whyte stated “This deal will enable us to leverage off their extensive clientele, and extend our reach within the markets that they operate in. We have no doubt that our award-winning catalogue of games will be the perfect addition to Comtrade’s iCore platform.”

Microgaming has already enjoyed an encouraging start to 2014 with the release of its highly-anticipated Avalon II slot and the imminent arrival on the slots market of the Terminator 2 slot causing a stir across the online slots industry.
