Popular gaming brand bet365 has announced it will be the first to release its new mobile casino app, which is powered by casino software developer Playtech.
This latest launch will allow players to access over 100 slot tiles through an app on their phone or tablet. Playtech claim that the casino experience through their app is much faster and stable through their app compared to a mobile browser. Those players already using the bet365 app will be invited to upgrade to the new app that incorporates the new casino product.
Talking about the app release Bet365 CEO Christian Bogstrand said, “We have worked closely with Playtech on the development of the new Casino native app, ensuring we provide high-quality content with a much faster and improved gaming experience.”
Playtech COO Shimon Akad also commented, noting: “Research, including a recent Nielsen report, suggests that 89% (vs. c.11% browser) of time on mobile is spent in-app, supporting the theory that native apps are what players want to use when gaming. Playtech has invested significantly in native technologies, backing up our strategy to provide the best solutions for our partners and their players.”
