Casino software supplier and slot developer Push Gaming, has released a new Cluster Link mechanic slot game called Giga Jar. It follows in the footsteps of another popular Cluster Link slot – Retro Tapes.
Giga Jar is played across 7×7 reels and has the look and feel of the hugely popular Jammin’ Jars 2 slot. Wins are achieved when clusters of symbols gather together, forming a variety of winning possibilities. You need five or more adjacent fruit symbols or instant cash prizes in Giga Jar to activate a win. These winning symbols are then removed from the reels, triggering a cascade of new symbols to fall from the top of the screen, creating more possibilities for additional clusters to be made.
Each cascade tops up the Jars on screen, with every three cascades awarding a Wild Jar. These Jars will substitute all symbols in the game, adding increasing multipliers to the game and more winning chances.
In game features will assist the player in seeing more wins. The Snowball mechanic can deliver multiple combined symbols up to 4×4 in size that reveal a matching symbol. Additionally, the Ice Breaker feature can remove up to three types of symbols from the reels, allowing for an additional cascade to be activated.
By creating 12 cascades in total, the player will activate the bonus, unlocking the Giga Jar which occupies 2×2 spots on the grid, but acts like four 1×1 Wilds. This guarantees three wins to be created, at which point the Giga Jar will be held in place and three additional wins are needed to retrigger the Giga Jar and award an increasing multiplier that can grow to 50x.
