Evoplay has released The Castle of Slotenstein, a slot that takes place in a mad scientist’s castle. The title applies a Frankenstein theme to the booster-mechanic style Evoplay has used throughout 2026.
Pumpkin bonus
Three pumpkin bonus symbols, each in a different colour, land on the reels and set off their own booster. Green shock symbols push the bonus game’s starting spins from three to four. Purple trick symbols may create extra bonus symbols on their reel or boost the value of bonus symbols already in play by up to 5x. Blue treat symbols contribute their values to all orange bonus symbols currently on the grid. The title is the latest in Evoplay’s 2026 booster-driven seasonal releases, following titles like 3 Super Volcanoes and Tiger of Fortune.
Bonus game
The bonus game kicks off with three or four spins, depending on which boosters are active. Only bonus symbols land during this phase, and each new one resets the spin count, extending the round and creating more chances to fill the grid. When three bonus symbols occupy a reel, a collect occurs, sending their values to the win meter and emptying the reel, while the first completion of each reel unlocks one of five sections on the grand reel of fortune. After all five sections are unlocked, the grand reel of fortune spins once, awarding either a 2x, 3x, 5x, or 8x multiplier, or one of four fixed prizes: mini, mega, super, or grand. A bonus buy option allows direct access to the bonus game.
