With a RTP of 95.70% Joe Exotic slot tries to be entertaining but is in reality dreary to play. The scatters are 2-rows high and repeatedly appear to block any decent base game wins, the Dynamite feature seldom pays much as is the case with 2 of the features. The only chance of decent wins lies in the free games which naturally are rare. It would have been a better game dispensing with the two trash features and just having that RTP allocated to the free games. Nothing exotic about this slot, more like Joe Excruciating...
