Time Travel Tigers slot must be the result of some latterday Swedish obsession with this stripy predator as just before this game was made we had Quickspin release Tiger's Glory and Thunderkick's Tiger Rush! Anyway, this game is kind of like Miles Bellhouse and His Curious Machine meets Dr. Watt's Up with a mysterious library behind the reels and a character that is reminiscent of Tony The Tiger from Kellog's Frosties dressed in his smoking jacket standing to the left of them emitting occasional growls. We have some cheery adventure-style music in the background and a time machine gauge at the top to complete this weird setting. I wonder that should we lose, if this time machine can send our bankroll back to where we started?

There are 5 reels of 4 rows each on Time Travel Tigers slot with single and double-stacked icons and only 25 paying lines which is low for this type of grid. We pay 25 coins per spin and best icon is Sticks And Stones paying us back 150 coins for 5-of-a-kind with the Gold Scarab 125, Shield or Ink 100 and Vase 80. Time Travel Tigers slot is very good to look at and interesting in both appearance and mechanic. Alas the base game pays are limited and annoyingly small so it's all about the free games rounds. When we come to these it's where the game fails in my view. The Wilds are nearly always placed where you cannot win on reels 4 and 5 and seeing more than one is unusual, 3 is very rare. It's all very well boasting a win up to 1000x bet but even a full screen of Wilds at 5x would only pay 750x so I assume that's a free spins total and you will be very fortunate to see 100x bet, so with an infrequent bonus trigger that killed it for me. True enough, you get a good 96.30% RTP and great animations but if you ever manage to travel in time yourself, set the year dial to avoid these tigers...
