Golden Gorgon slot by Yggdrasil is about as simple as you can get as regards the mechanic. The Golden Gorgon takes centre stage here with her golden snakes surrounding the reels, set in dark classical temple with matching music. This theme has been simply owned in the past by Nextgen, now Scientific Games, with their brilliant Medusa 2 slot which in my opinion has one of the best soundtracks ever, and the well received Medusa Megaways version. She does make a cameo appearance in Netent's Divine Fortune Megaways slot too and I think she is an under-used topic in the world of slots.
