Online casino software provider Amaya Gaming has completed the sale of its WagerLogic subsidiary company this week.
The deal to sell WagerLogic Malta Holdings subsidiary to Goldstar Acquisitionco Inc for a fee of $70 million is one of the highest valued partnership transactions that the developer has been involved in.
WagerLogic currently operates as an online casino operator and is the name behind the popular InterCasino brand that hosts some of the top slot titles from developers such as Cryptologic including cartoon beaver-themed Dam Rich slot and the highly-rated Oktoberfest slot.
The InterCasino brand, that also includes InterBingo and InterPoker, recorded revenue figures of $8 million for the 9 months up until September 2013 with net income totaling $1.8 million for the same period.
As part of the sale agreement, Amaya Gaming will continue to supply WagerLogic with its software and content to use on its InterCasino brands.
