Online 3D slot developer Betsoft Gaming has reportedly withdrawn its portfolio of slots titles from EveryMatrix online customers.
It has been alleged that there is an ongoing contract dispute between Betsoft Gaming and EveryMatrix leading to the slots developer pulling its titles from the online casino operators that have a partnership with independent software provider.
Some of the online casino operators that are set to be affected by the withdrawal of the Betsoft Gaming titles include Vera&John and Guts Casino. This will see some of Betsoft Gaming’s most well-known slots such as the recently released Good Girl, Bad Girl and the adorable Puppy Love being made unavailable to players at those online casinos.
There is still little information available regarding the current state of affairs between the two firms with neither party willing to make a statement at this current time to clarify the situation.
Speculation has circulated that Betsoft Gaming were not happy with EveryMatrix offering its slots to players on the Dutch market and was keen to take any action to avoid that happening.
A Guts Casino Customer Service Representative said “Actually at the moment Betsoft games are at the moment disabled for everyone, we are having some contract issues which we are figuring out with them. So at the moment at least no one can play Betsoft games with us.”
