World renowned slot developer IGT confirmed that it had extended its licensing agreement deal with Sony Pictures this week.
The deal will mean that IGT can continue to offer a range of slots linked in to Sony Pictures licenses with previous releases from the slot developer including the popular Wheel of Fortune – Hollywood Edition slot.
It is expected that as part of the extension to the agreement that IGT will continue to release branded online slots that hold Sony Pictures licenses such as Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune.
This will enable the developer to release these branded slots on a variety of online and mobile platforms as well as IGT’s social gaming platform available at Double Down Casino.
The initial deal has been extended so that IGT and Sony Pictures will work in partnership and continue to release slots until 2024.
