There are only 9 paylines to be found in the game, and with coins running from $0.01 to $5 it's obvious Barnyard Boogie doesn't set itself out to be a big spenders' slot.
The Symbols
On the reels there's a cool pig, the titular barnyard, a farmer, chicken, tractor and cask of moonshine, with some colorful 9-through-Ace symbols making up the numbers.

The cool dude pig in shades is the game's Wild icon, substituting for all regular symbols in the game other than the Barn Scatter. It only appears on Reels 2 and 4 - which is a bit stingy - but it's worth noting that the pig also triggers the game's bonus round when you hit Wilds on those two reels.

The bonus feature is a kind of 'Hide n' Seek' game - enter the barn and select objects where you think the piggies may be hiding. You get three chances and the potential of a 1,000x-bet jackpot for finding those Elvis lookalike squealers.

That's about it for bonus features, but then this slot is very much on the simple side. While the reels spin with a nice land-based slot clunk, and the animation on winning combos is nice, there's not much going on.
Fans of Blue Gem Gaming's 3D online slots may prefer the developer's animal-themed Fortune Farm game for its mouth-watering progressive jackpot more than any of the superb graphics - although they're great too. Elsewhere, Lucky Farmer - also from Blue Gem - has a generous Pick 'em Bonus round and betting to suit every pocket.
