Wild Witches slot summary
Swedish online slot developer NetEnt continues its theme of “Wild” slots with this Wild Witches release. First, we reviewed Wild Rockets… then, we reviewed Wild Turkey… and now, here we are reviewing Wild Witches… and damn are these witches wild! If you are more inclined to play a Tim Burton-inspired Gothic slot such as the camp Halloweenies or the teen horror-themed Immortal Romance then you might want to stay away from this sexier and more adult-themed slot.
Gorgeous Gory Graphics On 5 Reels
Wild Witches is a 5-reel, 20-payline online slot where scantily-clad witches fill the reels along with a range of other symbols such as frogs, poison, rats, and eyeballs.
Two Different Wilds Pay 2x and 4x On Wins
This slot is fascinating because it has two active Wilds that are on the reels. There is the standard Wild symbol that is represented by a skull and book icon. This substitutes for all other symbols except for the Scatters to complete winning combinations and multiplies any winnings achieved by 2.
There is also the gold Witchy Wild symbol that also substitutes for all other symbols except for the Scatters to complete winning combinations but multiplies any winnings achieved by 4.
20 Free Spins With Five Scatters
The Scatter symbol is represented by the cauldron icon and it is the symbol that triggers the free spins bonus round.
If you hit three Scatters across the reels then you will win 10 free spins, if you hit four Scatters then you will be awarded 15 free spins and if you hit five Scatters then you will receive 20 free spins.
In addition, the free spins can be re-triggered and each win achieved during the free spins has a multiplier value of 3x.
Our View...
Wild Witches is not just another slot off the NetEnt conveyor belt and you will get a lot of enjoyment from playing it.
NetEnt has developed a habit of releasing slots that surprise players and this is another one to add to the collection.
At face value, this is just another slot. Look a bit deeper and you will find a slot that is slightly more addictive than you might have first anticipated.
