A mini slot may land on reels 1 and/or 5 and if at least 1 red heart is in view, you get some spins where only blanks or red hearts may land. Landing 3+ scatters will trigger the bonus round here and now Golden Hearts can land on reels 2, 3 and 4. These are collected in a meter above their landing reel and once 3 are collected that reel turns into sticky hearts and you get +1 spin.
