Pink Elephants 2 slot by Thunderkick is the successor to their original 4096-way classic Pink Elephants. We have the same childish cartoon creatures and symbols with a fairy tale scenic background and bongo music alongside animal sounds as we spin and win. This was Thunderkick's answer to WMS' Raging Rhino on its first incarnation and proved to be quite popular among slot players with the high feature potential. So will these elephants trample our bankroll underfoot or leave us feeling in the pink?
On the Reels...
As we have 4096-ways there are 6 reels of 4 rows each with no fixed pay lines on Pink Elephants 2 slot with symbols appearing both stacked and single. Your pays for 6-of-a-kind are 10x bet Elephants, 7x Pink Animal, 6.5x Orange Animal, 5.5x Green Animal 5x Blue Animal with six card values paying 4 down to 2.2x for a full way. There are Monkey Nut scatters on all 6 reels and Wilds can appear anywhere on reels 2 to 6. That's really all.

You do get a random modifier that may help you trigger these int hat the reels may slow and extra Monkey Nuts are added to increase your chances of landing the 3+ required to trigger the feature. You get 7 free spins for the basic 3-scatter trigger, 11 for 4, 15 for 5 and 19 for all six. You get 3 extra spins for just 2 scatters in the bonus and 5,7,9 or 11 for 3 to 6 scatters respectively. The mechanic stays the same with some of the Pink Elephants being overlaid with Globes. These will add to a meter for the other 4 animals displayed on the left of the grid and each time 10 Globes are collected you get 1 extra spin and the animal will turn into a Pink Elephant on the reels, increasing your chances of bigger wins. This formula was recently emulated by Netent on their Gorilla Kingdom slot. If you transform all 4 animals into Pink Elephants, by that time you'll have small amount of spins left but they do pay well - usually!
Our View...
I'm not sure what the purpose of Pink Elephants 2 slot is given that it's an exact clone of the first one but with different symbols for the non-Elephant animals. The RTP of 96.13% is the same too as is the random addition of extra scatters and you do see stacked Wilds added in the feature. The base game isn't up to much unless you get those rare Pink Elephants combos over 5 or 6 reels and the free games are very volatile so forget any big wins unless you get lucky enough to transform at least 3 of the 4 other animals into the Elephant, for that you'll likely need at least 1 2-scatter re-trigger for the 3 extra spins. Overall, I can't proffer any reason for you to play this instead of the original game...
