Endless Treasure slot summary
Endless Treasure slot by WMS seems to be one made primarily for the far Eastern market with the right kind of gentle Chinese music and lots of bright golden symbols in view on the red reels. We've seen some good efforts in the past with a similar theme, especially Bruce Lee and maybe Game of Dragons 2 but other releases haven't been so highly rated by players, Forbidden Dragons being the prime example. So will this treasure make our bankroll seem endless too?
On the Reels...
We have 243 ways to win on Endless Treasure slot therefore 5 reels of 3 rows each and pay 88 coins to play in keeping with that Chinese lucky number. The symbols appear stacked and you can choose to play up to 5 Gold Symbols if paying 88 coins, or just one for 8 coins. Assuming you opt for the full stake the 5-of-a-kind pays in relation to 88 coins aren't great with Dragon paying 250 coins or less than 3x bet, 158 Yellow Peacock, 68 Turtle, 50 Goldfish, 20 for the Tiger, Red Peacock, Green Turtle or Small Dragon with six card values all at a rather paltry 10 coins. There's a Wild on reels 2,3 and 4 plus a stacked red bonus tile on all the reels which has a Fu Value overlaid from 8 to 888 coins. The Wild on reel 3 may make the basic picture symbols pay the equivalent of their Gold counterparts on a random basis.
Jackpots
There are fixed jackpots of 125.00, 250, 100 and 2000. When any Wild lands, a coin is placed in the jar above reel 3. If it closes, then you get 12 coins to choose from to select, which will eventually award one of the jackpots for 3 similar matching tokens.
Free Games
You need 6 or more Red Bonus tiles to trigger a selection. You get 6 spins and choose an amount of extra Gold symbols for each type, to appear on the reels. The higher the symbol, the less the amount will be so only 88 for the Dragon but 128 for the Goldfish. You will get the total Fu Values of the trigger added up and each time a Yellow Coin scatter appears on any of the centre 3 reels, you get it added to your winnings total. If you get 3 or more Yellow Coin scatters in one spin, 3 more are awarded up to a maximum of 12. Green Coins can be sticky if you choose the Top Up free spins option only, and you get the Grand Jackpot for filling up the grid, otherwise the coin totals.
Our View...
Endless Treasure slot is colourful, noisy and overly complicated. You won't win much in the base game unless very lucky with lots of high-valued stacked symbols appearing and the free games are pretty poor in return generally, as you'll be unlikely to get much Fu Value on the trigger anyway. It's unfair to say the game isn't entertaining so that's fine if entertainment is all you want, but if you expect to win a decent amount you'll be disappointed despite the 96.65-73% RTP. I'm afraid the wait for me to play this again will be endless too...
