Award-winning slots developer NetEnt has confirmed the release of its latest slots title in the form of the steampunk-themed Steam Tower.
Steam Tower is a 5 reel, 15 payline slot that takes its inspiration from the era of the 19th century British industrial revolution where players must attempt to scale an industrial tower to rescue a princess that is being guarded by a terrifying red dragon.
It is possible to trigger 10 free spins when players hit Stacked Wilds across the reels and multipliers can be awarded to any wins earned during the free spins with the multiplier value depending on what level of the Steam Tower the player has reached. Additional free spins can also be won by hitting Wilds on the reels during the free spins.
Steam Tower is the second slot to be released by NetEnt in 2015 and comes just a month after the Scandinavian-based developer launched its Tornado – Farm Escape slot on the market to a mixed reception.
The developer also recently profiled its upcoming big brand slot for the year at ICE 2015 in the form of a Guns ‘n’ Roses slot with fans anxiously anticipating further game details relating to the future planned title.
Chief Product Officer for NetEnt Simon Hammon stated “Steam Tower is packed full of innovative developments and progressive features that NetEnt are renowned for. The Victorian era is synonymous with advancement and improvement, which reflects our own mission to drive the online casino market forward.”
Our team have already given this slot a serious workout and here is what we thought of Steam Tower from Net Ent.
