Volcano Queen slot summary
Volcano Queen slot by IGT takes us into a world of subterranean fire which doesn't worry me at all as very few IGT games are volatile of late. The scene is set on a castle balcony with a red rocky background and our queen seducing us by the grid into playing our money into this fiery game while we hear some foreboding music. Volcano Queen Respins
3 or more adjacent stacks of the same picture symbol will pay their win and then turn their reels into colossal 3x3, 4x3 or 5x3 symbols only. This will incur a random multiplier of 2 to 5x and then the colossal reels respin to award another win and multiplier. You can get this twice if firstly a 3-reel block lands, it becomes a 4-reel block on the respin and then a 5-reel block on that last respin. Oddly, the stacked Wilds cannot participate in these block respins!

Stacked Wheel scatters appear on all reels and you need 6 or more in view for 10 free games which can retrigger. Our View...
Volcano Queen slot is colourful, noisy and unusually for IGT has a decent RTP of 96.22%. The trouble is that it's an attritional slot where you have little chance of ever getting your bankroll back once you're 100x bet down, which may not take too long here. I think the mechanic is utterly pointless as you just get terrible line pays for a 10-line game which become slightly less terrible if you get 3 adjacent reels of higher symbols. This Volcano Queen only had me erupting with annoyance, not enjoyment...
