Online casino software provider SkillOnNet confirmed the purchase of JackpotParty.com from Scientific Games subsidiary firm WMS Gaming this week.
The deal was completed for an undisclosed amount and will see SkillOnNet acquire the JackpotParty.com player database, assets and will also allow the company to migrate players to its new online casino offering called SlotsMagic.com.
Changes to marketing and affiliate sales will be handled accordingly with affiliates set to be notified in the near future about how traffic and payments for existing players migrating to SlotsMagic.com will be managed.
All marketing and publicity regarding JackpotParty.com is due to be altered to push the SlotsMagic.com brand that will essentially replace JackpotParty.com and be the new brand offered by SkillOnNet.
Players will be able to play a range of WMS Gaming slots at SlotsMagic.com including the magical Wizard of Oz: Wicked Riches slot and the recently released Zeus III slot.
