King of Olympus slot is one of a Age of The Gods series (AOTG) created when Playtech lost the Marvel licensed games such as Fantastic 4 and Iron Man 2 when the rights were taken over by anti-gambling Disney. It is actually the replacement for Iron Man 2 (25 Line) and is also the same game as Halloween Fortune 2. We get plain reels on a background of a mythical Greek coast and Playtech haven't bothered much with the sounds here either with a basic mechanical noise as the reels spin and thuds as they stop. We know Zeus can defend the good or strike down his enemies with heavenly wrath, so which will be the case with our bankroll?

The mighty King of Olympus is the Wild here on this game of 5 reels and 3 rows offering 25 pay lines. He is only a single unlike the other paying icons but will award a godly 120x stake if 5-of-a-kind occurs on a pay line. The Winged Horse pays 40x, the Eagle 24x, the Ship 16x and finally the Harp pays 8x and the Vase 6x should they also land with all 5 in line. Age of The Gods King of Olympus slot seems pretty rushed by Playtech in their (perhaps understandable) wish to duplicate the game mechanics of the slots they invested in for the popular Marvel series. The result is a pretty disappointing copy of the great graphics and sound effects the Iron Man 2 game had. Nevertheless the format is a popular one which players liked and we still get the 4 random progressive Marvel Jackpots, now under the 'Ultimate Power' title. The RTP is still the same at 94.99-95.98% which allows for the 0.99% Progressive contribution. One small comfort: you still the same voice in the bonus telling you 'increasing multiplier!'...
