Our View...
I've kept the best bit until last about the unremarkable looking Book of 99 slot which after all is essentially a copy of an old mechanic. The game looks uninspiring, distinctly average or less for sounds and overall appearance it has to be said. So here comes the grand finale I was building up to regarding why this Book of 99 slot is so very different. The collection trigger is not the only time the number 99 is important here, but the RTP as it's an incredible 99.00% and cannot be offered to the casino any lower! This game seems to cock a snook at the recent antics of many developers offering substantially lower RTP models to the casinos to the detriment of the player. Netent can offer their games as low as a reprehensible 88% and Play'n Go an even more vile 84%, to mention a couple of examples. The latter example means the house edge quadruples in comparison to a 96% model and the average amount of spins a player gets for their cash correspondingly drops by 75% to 25% of what they would have had. Obviously this Book of 99 slot will be excluded from casino bonus wagering due to the generous RTP but I for one will be tipping my hat to all the casinos that offer it...
