Big Buffalo Megaways slot summary
Big Buffalo Megaways slot by Skywind is alas just as poor as their initial Megaways attempt, Book of Gems Megaways. For some reason this seems very similar to SG's Raging Rhino Megaways slot in the same way Blueprint Gaming's Diamond Mine Slot does to Bonanza. We get Indian music, a desert mesa behind the reels and wildlife from the prairie here on the reels. What a surprise. So can we add some big hits to our bankroll here or will it be trampled underfloor.
On the reels...
You have 6 reels of 2-7 rows each with no top scrolling row therefore 64-117,649-ways on Big Buffalo Megaways slot. The best 6-of-a-kind pay is the Buffalo at 7.5x bet, Wolf or Eagle 6.25x, Fox or Cougar 5x with six card values paying 3 down to 2x. Symbols can appear stacked and single and there are no tumbles here. You can get free games scatters on all reels and Wilds in the form of the mesa background on reels 2-6 singly. That's it.
Free Games
You get 8 for 3 scatters, 15 for 4, 25 for 5 and 100 for all 6. You retrigger in the same way but also get +5 for just 2 scatters in the bonus. Your Wilds will now reveal a 2, 3 or 5x multiplier if counting in wins and multiply each other. In some jurisdictions, 100x buys you the bonus and you can pay a 25% surcharge on your chosen stake to double the bonus frequency. the bonus is capped at 5,000x bet.
Our View...
Big Buffalo Megaways slot is a blend of Raging Rhino Megaways with elements of Pragmatic's Buffalo King Megaways in that it has a 5,000x win cap and similar appearance plus the RTP is also 96.50%. It's dreadful in the base game with absolutely no potential, plain and uninspiring to play as well. The dull appearance isn't counteracted by any great bonus either, it's simply something we've seen before on numerous Megaways slots. Hopefully it will be third time lucky for Skywind as far as Megaways slots go...
