Microgaming’s army of independent game studios will build the Megaways mechanic into a range of new slots titles. The first release from Microgaming to include the Megaways engine will be Shamrock Holmes, which is expected in the early part of 2021.
Megaways has revolutionized the online slots market since the first titles to include it burst on the scenes in 2016. Video slots such as Bonanza, Extra Chilli and Holy Diver are just a few of the many games that now bare its name.
Speaking about this new deal, John Coleman, CEO at Microgaming, said : “Megaways has had huge success and we’re excited to be integrating the mechanic into some of our future games.
