On The Grid...

We get a pyramid shape of 3-4-5-6-6-5-4-3 for 8 columns of individual tiles. Symbols 'erupt' upwards on to the grid instead of the traditional cascade format. Dormant Features

After any dead play you may get:
Excavate - 3 to 5 Wild symbols are added randomly to the grid, can be 1x and 2x.
Lava - an extra layer of one random symbol is laid over the top 8 positions.

Crystallization Feature

If you collect Rock Scatters they go in a meter on the left. Collect 3 to turn all Purple Gems into the top symbol, the Gold gem. Free Games

Our View...

Gold Volcano slot has a RTP of 96.23% and looks the part with an imaginative layout and great sounds and animations. It's not a clone of their other grid-based slots so brings something new to the table. The bse game doesn't pay much without the modifiers being triggered or the Crystallization Feature in action, and the free games are when the potential lies. Despite there being only 5, you should get extras and they don't finish that quickly either so you should have some fun even if not hitting a volcanic total.
