The online and mobile casino games developer Play’n Go will not be widely known to many players. They have gone under the radar slightly in the past, but more recently they have risen to prominence due to a growing range of mobile slot titles. The company merged with Jadestone in 2010, which meant that Play’n Go’s casino games could be enhanced further with the new technology available.

Play’n Go have built their games in flash for online and html5 for tablet and mobile, allowing them to offer something for any user.  Some of their titles you may be familiar with, such as the popular Riches of Ra (not to be mistaken for Novomatic’s Book of Ra) and the mobile game Myth. They have also secured the rights to some franchise deals such as Gumball 3000 slot which came out in March 2013.

The influence behind Play’n Go can be traced back to 1997, when some key members of the company were working for a rival software provider and decided they could produce their own range of games to suit a player’s needs. Their current headquarters are located in Växjö, Sweden, but they also have branch office in Hungary, presumably for development purposes. The company holds licenses in UK, Malta and Alderney, three of the strictest gaming jurisdictions you will find.
