The portal selects an expanding symbol for you and this pays scattered so if it's a picture symbol you need 2+ in view, a card value 3+. Morgana still appears and counts as an expanded Wild with her multiplier range as in the base game. So I can work out that if Merlin was the selected symbol and you got 4 of them plus Morgana you would get 2500x multiplied by 2, 3, 5 or 8, if the latter then a 20,000x win for one free spin!

Although Merlin and the Ice Queen Morgana slot is yet another version of a very old mechanic it is good to play and looks the part, with a 96.25% RTP but this is the factory figure so it can be reduced in increments of 2% as low as 84 at some casinos. You get some nice wins in the base game via the Morgana stacked Wild multipliers and free games aren't that infrequent, I'd say around 200 spins. The Morgana Wild comes into her own here and can make those lower line pays very high if you're lucky when she lands as part of a full screen.
