Your pays are highest for 12+ and lowest for 5, with Ruby at 150/2x, Lion 50/1.5x, Wolf 20/1x, Eagle 10/1x and four card values of 7 down to 3x for 12+ and o.3 down to 0.2x for the minimum 5. Golden Arrow
There are hidden multiplier tiles in the form of a Gold X revealed under some removed winning symbols when the Golden Arrow is fired at their blank spaces, before the replacement symbols appear. Only when the replacement symbols create a winning cluster over any of these Gold X's do they get added to the cumulative multiplier underneath. These add up until the winning cascades end for that play.
Flames of Nero Bonus
If you see 3, 4 or 5 scatters in view you will receive 10, 12 or 14 free falls. I probably don't need to tell you that during these there are no retriggers, but any Golden Arrow multipliers accumulate throughout the free spins round. You also get numerous Golden Arrows fired on to the grid before the first symbols appear each spin thus avoiding the need to get a second winning cluster over them to activate them, as you must do in the base game. There is some potential for large wins here, but overall it's no higher than a medium-variance slot.
Our View...
Nero's Fortune slot is a superb execution of the theme both visually and sound effects wise, with a RTP of 96.24%. The base game is quite volatile with low win frequency although the average win is therefore quite good. Free falls are hard to trigger it seems but you will be unlucky to yield below 50x bet for them, indeed the multipliers seem to stack up quite fast therefore when they have it's all about dropping a big cluster of premium symbols in for that monster hit! Nero may have fiddled while Rome burned, but he's made this quite a hot slot...
