Triple Cash Wheel slot summary
Triple Cash Wheel slot appears to be a hybrid of Bally's Quick Hit Platinum and Cash Spin games, but made for the mobile market it would seem by the extended reel sets and layout. The sounds are basic as are the traditional slot symbols and graphics, with the symbols stacked in varying heights of 1 to 3 rows and a minimum stake of 100 coins. Triple Cash Wheel is a simple game with some considerable potential, but will the game spell triple trouble for our bankroll?
On the reels...
The reason we pay 100 coins is that there are 3 identical slots of 5 reels and 3 rows stacked on top of each other, each with 20 paying lines. All reels are in play all of the time and we get the traditional Quick Hit Bally icons of which the Wild pays best at 25x bet for a 5-of-a-kind win, Triple 7's 10x, Double 7's 5x, Single 7 2x and mixed 7's 1x for a full line. The Bars pay 0.5x and the Bells, Cherries or 5-Bars 0.25x bet.
The Quick Hit Platinum icons pay scattered on any of the 3 reel sets and these are where Bally have the big-hit potential as 9 on the grid awards a whopping 1500x bet, 8 pays 400x and 7 pays 60x down to 1x for the minimum 3 in view necessary to get that fire bell ringing! It wouldn't be a Bally slot without a feature of course and this is where the wheel appears.
Cash wheel
Unlike most slots, the feature trigger here is purely random with no scatters necessary. Above the top reel set are 3 Cash Wheel icons and after each spin any number may or may not illuminate. Light all 3 and you pick from a 21-section grid and can win 1 spin with 1x multiplier up to 3 spins with a 3x multiplier. Whichever tile you pick 3 times first is the award, and you get either cash values or 10 free games at 3x multiplier. You can't retrigger the spins but there are some high cash awards possible of up to 1500x bet, which could be tripled!
Our View...
Triple Cash Wheel slot is hardly original and is an old design on which the graphics and animations may look outdated, but it works and is popular, especially amongst players that have seen the games in land-based casinos. The RTP is a respectable 95.21% and there is of course the Quick Hit Platinum potential in the base game plus other good wins available. The slot is essentially bringing the land-based game to your mobile device and put simply, it is what it is. I'll be back to spin the wheel again one day...
