Burn 'em Up slot by Barcrest I can tell you now will bring nothing new to slot mechanics as it's a latecomer to the Novomatic expanding scatter party as we'll see. Well we get the expected 10 fixed pay lines over 5 reels of 3 rows here but at least the 5-of-a-kind pays are slightly different on Burn 'em Up slot to the original Novo ones. We still get 500x bet for the top symbol, the Joker, then 100x Crown, 25x Triple 7, 15x Double 7, 10x Single 7 and 5x mixed 7's. Plum, Cherry, Orange and Melon make up the rest all paying 10x for a full line. The game logo is our Wild and scatter which appears single like all the other icons and I think we know what happens next!

I could barely conceal my yawn when realising what mechanic Barcrest aka Scientific Gaming had presented us with here. Yes, it's popular and volatile and it works but it's been done around 100 times by various developers and we don't need another! The RTP is 94.00 to 96.00% which means if you are a low-roller playing less than 2.00 per spin you get the lower figure, another reason to avoid it. The sounds and graphics are basic and I state categorically Burn 'em Up won't be incinerating a single cent from my pocket, ever...
