The game itself is graphically superb, with lots of really clever details. The continual non-offensive sound track loops throughout play, constantly reminding you that its set in the future. Similar to that of slots like Net Ent’s Elements or even their popular Starburst game. So will HA-42 also save our balance from destruction, or is it doomed like the humans?
This is a 5 reel slot game with 3 rows and up to 7,776 paylines. However, that is only achievable if extra rows are added, which is only really in the feature. Typically Kaiju plays more like a 243 ways to win slot and should be treated as such. Top paying symbols on the reels are the red crystals, paying 300 coins for a 5-of-a-kind (5OAK). Kaiju slot initially appeared to be full of promise, however a decent playing session reveals that this is a low to medium variance game with not a great deal going on. The feature was easily triggered, but offering little in the way of rewards and I soon lost interest. Elk Studios have given this a promising 96.3% RTP, but I could only see this of any benefit if you were trying to grind a bonus out. Elk Studios have made some fantastic games in the past, such as Taco Brothers, Wild Toro and Electric Sam, but this one is not one of their best.
